Imane Artisan Kebob with Onion Leeks Bells Pepper

Ingredients:

- 500g ground beef

- 1 garlic clove

- 15g parsley

- 15g cilantro

- 50g onion

- 50g red bell pepper

- 1/2cto 1 jalapeño

- 30g leeks

- 30g olive oil

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp black pepper

- 1 tsp paprika

- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

- 2 tsp sumac

- 1 tsp cumin

- 1 tsp coriander powder

 

Instructions:

1. Place garlic, parsley, and cilantro in the mixing bowl. Chop for 2 seconds at speed 8.

2. Add onion, red bell pepper, jalapeño, and leeks. Chop for 5 seconds at speed 5. Scrape the sides of the mixing bowl and repeat if necessary.

3. Add ground beef, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, sumac, cumin, and coriander powder.

4. Mix for 20 seconds on dough mode.

5. Divide the mixture into 5-6 portions and shape into kebab forms.

6. Grill in Ninja grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking process.
